I have had a weird relationship with dieting like most girls my age I hate my body and a hobby, it gives me something to do when I should be studying or doing something productive. So I laughed and laughed when I read this, it’s the best diet I have ever read and it worked.

I it was about two months ago that I got a “Implanon” implant, it lasts three years and is a version of the mini pill. I feel great, it seems to have improved my health my periods are less painful and last for two days and it is the best contraception short of sterilisation. I would recommend it for every one.
