Hello Everyone! I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I don't believe that I subscribed to other_voices, but I was very active in the penpal community throughout high school & actually still swap today. I think i may have written you. I was Osiris in Maine.ANd i may even have a picture. Did you once have straight red/orange hair? Just curious before i go looking for that picture! LOL
Maybe im also totally confused ;/

my hair is pretty curly, but i did peroxide it lighter & it turned a wacky orange color.
i have amnesia though and don't remember my pals :( sadly i lost a lot of stuff moving around a lot after college. if you find the picture, that would be fun!!

I looked at the pic and the name on the back wasnt yours .
It said Ratri Lugosi .
Guess i was confused :)

my sister's former best friend in highschool (alex from brampton) wrote to the caterpillar girl....i remember seeing an envelope she had and having a "moment"...i was so naive i thought having penpals was a hugely unique thing..still, it is a small world...the internet makes it seem smaller.
