I feel your pain. Or actually, I've just got a runny nose, which I guess is not the same. Get better, anyways!

You'll have to tell me what you think of continuation-passing when it comes up. I think I vaguely know what it is, but I haven't the foggiest why anyone would do things that way.

I couldn't resist checking out a blog that had 'piecewise continuous' in the title. Enjoyed the Scheme discussion too. Funny, I never quite grasped call/cc while I was in college. I think it wasn't in the current revision when I was learning it. The Y-combinator is cool, and apparently you need it to build recursive functions in the R programming language, which is just a thinly disguised Scheme.
