I'm sick. I'm very very sick. I had to get up to call in to work, and now I can't go back to bed, because if I lie down, I feel like throwing up. If I stand up I feel like throwing up. If I lean over a little to the left I feel like throwing up. If I think about food, or water, or for some reason, cotton wool, I feel like throwing up
