So, Rose/Bad Wolf knows Susan? Is that the 1st Doc? Does that mean that from the beginning, The Doc has known that one day he'll meet Rose/Bad Wolf?

Susan lived within Verity's walls with the Doctor when they traveled together in season 1 (1963). Yes the man in the black suit was the Doctor. He knew she didn't belong in his time, but to his future and so chose to forget the meeting, and with the way 8's memory was turned into swiss cheese by the time wars he had lost the memories permanently before he ever met Rose.
