good new bad news kind of thing

Bad news I need to have a hysterectomy.   Good news I live in the 21 century and I can get one and not live with these horrid symptoms for the rest of my life.  God willing I will get this surgery slot and be able to get this over 12/12 and be ready for a good 2013.
