I'm in my last seven workouts for my 30-Day challenge. I made the mistake of bumping up to Medium just before hitting the mid-point because I felt though I was getting a workout, I wasn't feeling challenged enough. Really all I've noticed different in Medium is that the track exercises make you do an extra quarter lap, and you get more reps of all other exercises. I haven't compared it side by side with the Easy version, so there may be other exercises thrown in that I'm not aware of. But it's getting pretty intense. My last workout involved two inline skate sets with ramp jumping, side to side squat jumps, and long track sets of kickbacks. My legs were hurting pretty bad at that point. ^ ^; Luckily I had a rest day (yesterday) to recover. I've also been making small but sensible changes to my diet, especially with what I bring for lunch. But yeah, will post on my 30th day (06/21/09). Hope you're enjoying the program too! ^_^
