I'm all about traveling right now! I get copious discounts through my company and AAA, and am also slowly coming to the realization that I am too big a fish for the western MA pondpuddle, so I'm very gung ho. I hope I didn't seem too forward! And no, you aren't weird! Unless weird is the new best ever, in which case- yes. You *are* the best ever.

it was a dc weekend for me, and after seeing a play on saturday, jacob and i wandered over to eastern market and i thought of you for a moment. all my years in the dc area and i had never been to eastern market. all the vendors outside were packing up and i only really got to see the indoor part. i assume the full experience must be on a sunday in the springtime. it's a part of dc that i wouldn't mind learning to love, someday, if it weren't so darn expensive!

ahh, i'm glad you checked it out. you'll have to return in the spring? it's funny how we switched towns for the weekend - i'm beginning to appreciate baltimore a little more. certainly the sound garden will always be dear to me. someday we'll meet up, be it baltimore or dc!

yes.. we tried to go to this place that was either closed or condemned, and ended up at max's. i imagine you were somewhere less sports bar-y? too bad you didn't wander past max's, i like to think i would've Recognized you and dragged you inside to drink with a bunch of hilarious scientists.

no you do your work! don't worry about lj entries. i'll always admire you for not complaining at all about the cold on saturday - you left that to me. seriously i had the best weekend. escalator chases for life.
