I use oil in pizza. I use it when I make homemade dough, and also brush it on top of the dough before I put sauce so it doesn't sink into the dough and make the crust soggy.

For the dough yeah, but my neighbour really doesn't seem the type to be making home-made pizza... Well, maybe she was and I'm talking without really knowing :s
