A Memorial for Rob and Fiona
Originally uploaded by Lady Birchwood. These two very dear LiveJournal friends passed away in 2007, much, much before their time. I worked most of yesterday and into today making this memorial to them.

I think it's therapeutic to use art to express grief. I've always like making scrapbook pages and have made memorial pages for both friends who died in the past year. It felt good to do it, and to have it in a book where I could put it away.

Rob and Fi were both such special people--we were blessed to have them in our lives.

This was pointed out to me. If you want some pics of Fiona I can provide quite a few, as I was a close friend of both her and her family.

Thanks though, it's a really nice tribute to her memory.

I would love to have some pictures of Fiona. Perhaps I can use an actual photo of her in my memorial instead of a Celtic graphic representing the Tree of Life. It was the best I could do with no photos of her to work with. (My email address is lady_birchwood@yahoo.com)
