Christmas was kinda lower-key for us, similar to Thanksgiving, but no less enjoyable. We scaled back on all the gifts, and on the big spread we usually put out for our family and friends. Thanksgiving was a low-key affair here at the Cramitall Inn. Our roommate John, who usually does most of the Thanksgiving cooking, had to work late hours that Wed. and had to open on Fri., so he would have had the bare minimum of time needed to prepare the feast.
