This is the kind of fall day that I love...just cool enough to wear my favorite outfit of jeans and a sweatshirt and the sun is still warm enough to heat my skin and warm my bones

I can't help you on the chainsaw, but as for the ivy, yes, it can kill a tree if it decides to strangle the tree (check the tree's branches for marks" or if the ivy grows so large and the leaves so big that it shades the tree it is growing on.

I have a chainsaw you can have. The only problem is that it does not work. Don't know if it would be more cost effective to get it fixed or to just buy a new one. You can have it if you want it though.

Mmmmmm... I love fall. We're only just getting it down here Texas. Its the one thing I'm not fond of in our move... the fact that we don't get the distinct changes of seasons.
