Thank you all for repling to me post it has helped.I did'nt realize I still had so many friend.Depression is a bugger ain't it?

Yes, it really is. Don't know if they'd be useful, but I gathered some depression links together and posted them to my journal a couple of days ago. There's even one for teens, which is rather good, I thought.
