Light Streak Tutorial (PSP 8)

Alrighty. I've been asked how I get my light streak effect on my icons. I have to admit that the way I figured out how to do it was a total surprise to me and was far easier then other methods I'd tried

I now declare you a genius. Really. Never in a million years would I have thought to do this. I usually just use brushes because I'm lazy. But I can never find a brush that fits perfectly. So this is just too perfect. It's easy and it gives the effect that I've always wanted to do but could never figure out how. I thank you very, very muchly. And now I'm off to play with PSP. :)

Heh, I had the same problem, except I spent a ton of time looking at stock images of light blurs and such then trying to tweek them into working how I wanted. I am more than happy that this happy little accident occured and even happier that others might find it as useful.
