I don't dance beyond a conservative bobbing of my head to a beat. The kids enjoy dancing, though.

Not really, but when they dance they sort of make my body shift back and forth a lot. Kind of like someone's stading behind you with a plunger suctioned to your back and wiggling it around a lot so they jostle you.
