Theology is hands down, the best class you'll take in college. It's challenging, but intellectually stimulating. You really just need to do the reading and participate in the dicussions. You can get a lot out of it. Some of it may seem like mumbo jumbo at first, but you'll see in time that there is actually a lot to get out of it. Theology is the farthest course from my major, but I loved it nonetheless.

PS - Philosophy on the otherhand...sucks.
