1) look on youtube for dr. quantum's flat plane video thing. my theory of "aliens" is that the beings i'd like to communicate with are on a higher plane. that video illustrates pretty well a 3rd / 2nd dimension comparison, but leaves me wondering what a 4th dimension would entail. i think it has to do with being outside space and time, and i don't know how one would reach that point other than totally and completely being here now which is to say, practicing meditation, or concentration. which leads me to your second thesis, and i'm left with the conclusion that albeit a jock doesn't have philisophical jarga to construct theories with, he may have a great deal more concentration developed than your average philisophical kid.

i've seen better stuff then that about dimensions though. the fourth dimesion is time. and supposedly the fifth dimension is alternate timelines. very interesting stuff, whenever i watch these videos it makes me want to be a quantum physicist. but its too much math.
the crazy video is the other one by Dr. Quantum on youtube. "double slit"
its basically the idea that things only happen when we observe them. realistically though i think that experiment must have had some interference.
