As you well know there will still be plenty of party left at C's by the time you get there. And speaking of parties I am going to be having my own housewarming very soon! And I think we are sort of neighbours.....I am moving into a place on Lady Hammond and Robie, you're near the rotary right? We'll have to be careful that we don't plan them on the same weekend *LOL*
YAY! I thought of you while we were at Star Wars Wednesday night (we saw the midnight showing, because Alan is a GIANT NERD). I kept remembering you saying, "and now we know how to kill someone protected by Jedi: send two assassins ten minutes apart." I missed your snark. Did Padme drive you crazy? She drove me crazy. But I still enjoyed it.
I was also thinking of you yesterday morning, probably after the exam was actually over if you were done by lunch, what with the time change and all. I'm glad you're done. Now I can start inundating you with emails again! (It's all about me, and my needs.)
yes, ouise's commentary was definately amusing. those who wrote padme in annoyed me most, mindless practically she was, and as ouise pointed out and i agree, how is it possible to give birth when your legs are so damn close together??? Magic maybe....Anyway, I'm sure Ouise remembers the rant better than i do...Boom Chica ps. plaidrabbit, you ARE a giant nerd. but that's ok. i'm used to it, i'm surround by GIANT NERDS ;) love ya
Becca, I'm closer to Oxford than to the rotary, but we'll be nearish.
Joanne, I thought the portrayal of Padme in this film was ludicrous, especially everything related to pregnancy. The attitude the film had toward pregnancy was, I felt, very male and romanticized. I didn't so much get frustrated with Padme as for her - she was deeply short-changed.
