Just dropping you a note to let you know how much I am enjoying reading your take on these stories. cordelia_v actually pointed me at your reviews when you reviewed my last story -- thanks, BTW, for the rec.

I'm looking forward to your branching out into other pairings.

I have to thank Rexulus for that. She recced this fic with Sirius that I read *despite* a bit of a prejudice against that character that I quite liked. It got me to be more adventurous in my reading anyway.

I *think* I reviewed several of your stories. I know I loved them - Yours is one of the archives I got lost in for a few days.

I'm not a huge Sirus fan, but every now and then a good story comes along. *g* Did you read Fiat Lux? That was Snape/Sirus. And it worked. Well.

And I think you did review a couple of other stories of mine along the way. I'm glad you liked them. Though if you didn't, I'd still be interested in your honest opinion anyway. You don't learn anything any other way.

or maybe she's trying to recreate Hercule Poirot's moustache in asterisks, apostrophes and accents.

ROLF I just bought a DVD box of Agatha Christie's Poirot TV series :)

I'd have missed Touch if not for you! I liked it.

Eye of The Beholder was my big disappointment. I hate careless character killing or bashing, which here was done with Draco. I liked the idea of Narcissa's stealing Snape's (somebody's) beauty very much, but the execution? Meh.

Aren't you going to read and review the new wave of SS/HP FQF? History AUs and time travel, such a juicy bit, no? :)

Touch was neat, wasn't it? I'm curious now to read part 2.

Aaarg on Eye. It really started well too - at least, I was rolling along with the set-up. But then that POV thing started and this third voice - the emo Snape that knows Potter could never want a greasy bastard like him - and just AARRG.
I saw enough potential that I wanted to knock on the author's door and ask if she'd like a beta reader, but that would be seriously crossing the line. :/

Oh heck yeah. The size of that list was intimidating, but it does look tasty.

I'm looking forward to reading your opinions on the SS/HP FQF. I'm reading through those stories myself--some of them are, um, special. Beware the Platypus!

If there's more Snarry off the Prophet, I'd love to see links to it. Or any good Snape-centric stories you find.

And I absolutely agree about the need for wallsex and the spectrum thereof. You could write a meta on that, and I know I'd enjoy reading it. Fanfic Wallsex I Have Known And Loved. Or even Wallsex Do's and Don'ts.

Oh yes, please someone write a meta about wallsex *_*

I'm not sure there's snarry off prophet - at least not any new stuff. Those guys are pretty thorough. I meant more old snarry that everyone else has prolly already read but is new to me, as well as other pairings.

That would be good meta: Panfandom wallsex as a tool for richer characterization -or- Who's really going to be ther first up against the wall when the revolution comes and why.
