We sketched out the tour dates, if anyone's interested. By which I mean, I know you're all interested, so please do come. We're heading out from Jubilife on Friday, October 1st to make a giant circle through the towns. Actual shows start on that Sunday. I don't even know how half of them are going to work with the locations we're working with, but ( Read more... )

You'd better let Ohkura-kun know the choir is a secret. I may have already been tipped off.

That sounds itchy. And stuffy.

I bet it is! I wonder how he deals with it.

You didn't put the time? Or are we supposed to keep the entire day free in preparation for the gloriousness that your concert will inevitably bring us?

They're different times on different days. I don't even know the venues, honestly. Jerry was all, "Just tell your friends to be on the lookout for posters leading up to the concerts." So yes, obviously keep the entire day free.

OK, then. And just so you won't miss me, since I know how much it means for you to see the support of your wonderful kouhai, I'll bring my violently pink and glittery uchiwa every day!

That's how much I love you, Nino-senpai!

Oh yeah, you've been into making uchiwa lately, haven't you? I... is that one supposed to match the hat you made me a long time ago?

...there aren't any days off?

Technically, no. But some of them are going to be smaller gigs, so you should be able to make a day trip away at some point, if you need a break.

Sorry, is it too much? Jerry's kind of gung-ho about this, so even when it's not a big concert we're putting on, he still wants to get the word out.

Having time away wasn't really my concern, I was more worried about my arms falling off by the end of. It'll be okay though, we've had rougher schedules from our younger days, I guess I'm just out of practice.

This Jerry guy better be preparing a lot of backstage meals.

You can work off all that flab you've been developing after days on the farm. Right, right?

Oh, don't worry, you'll get plenty to eat. I probably won't eat a lot of mine, so you can have most of my food, too.

Are you going to fly me over to see them? Otherwise, I am lacking transportation to attend!

ourcityscape September 25 2010, 18:40:28 UTC
You could walk. You have a week to get here.

... isn't there an ocean in between here and there?

ourcityscape September 25 2010, 18:43:09 UTC
Well, you're supposed to swim that leg of the trip, obviously.

I am shaking and crying in anticipation, senpai. Shaking and crying.

I will make sure to make special uchiwas for each show I can see.

And if I happen to be at the Mareep chorus show, you can borrow mine!

What is it with people and uchiwa-making? Can't you just buy the damn thing?

Heh, I imagine all kinds of Pokemon are going to be inspired to sing along during the Mareep show.

Not here. Plus I want you to see the fruits of my labor, the toil and sweat and tears that go into cutting every beautiful line of your kanji.

I think so! Mareep are a pretty musical bunch.

I think I'd be more touched if my kanji were harder. But as it is, I'm quite touched. I don't know that you can handle me more touched than I am now.

Has your Mareep sung to you at all?
