I'm writing a fanfic that centers around Amanda's life after the bear trap and follows the Saw trilogy. Since it seems unlikely that Jigsaw spends every waking moment working on traps, I've decided to devote at least one scene to him and Amanda watching a movie

I could see him liking old films, definitely. Maybe Stanley Kubrick, or maybe Casablanca for some reason. I could see him liking something weird, like David Lynch movies.

Casablanca is a good suggestion. Or Life is Beautiful. I can't imagine Jigsaw liking horror movies, other than stuff like Rosemary's Baby and other classics. I know that Tobin Bell himself loves Mel Brook's Young Frankenstein. That may be amusing.
