I checked my status on my application at State today, and it had an item listed as not received, and it had never been mentioned at all before, so I called the admissions office. The woman went through my stuff and it turns out that I didn't have anything missing, so she removed that and put it back under for ready to review. Also, she said that I' ( Read more... )

my experience with the people behind the scenes at GSU is that there soulless assholes. When i checked on my application last semester the lady kept saying "it'll be sent to you in 3 to 6 weeks" then i said well can you just tell me now. She then forwarded my call to this other guy who gets on the phone and says " Well...Jody Bufkin, You want to know why you didn't get in?" I replied "well, no actually i was unaware I didn't get in" Then he went off about my grades and how many applicates and this and that. I later contemplated shooting the school. Both of them.

really? dang it. I really hope that I get in. I have good grades and everything, but now I'm really scared. I don't want to be here next year. The woman I talked to had some accent and was really frustrated when I was just asking questions that weren't offered on the website anywhere.
