definition #2 on urban dictionary, means kind of relaxed, easy sort of thing. (by example: I woke up late, spent most of the day in my PJs on the couch with my laptop, then went off to a family dinner. Pretty cruisy kind of day!) I thought it might be Australian but it isn't on my handy list of Australian slang so I guess it must be reasonably new or something. :)
