My parents say that my generation can't stick to a job and I tend to agree. Unlike our parents, we are not willing to sacrifice our happiness, dignity, or social life so we can bring home a paycheck. The thing employers need to learn about us is if we don't feel appreciated, challenged, or useful we are gone! Who cares about security? I mean
