ive been working 12 hour days for about a month + and its just now starting to pay off, but i wont see the procedes until the end of september....

i know what you mean about growing up... ill be 29 in march. i work with a guy who is 24 and owns two homes, one is for his parents who only pay him $1000 towards the mortgage... yeah he has had little free time for the past 3 years, but itd be nice to have plenty of $ to retire by the time youre 40 or at least have enough investments to retire even sooner...
