I had no idea what was in that picture while I was scrolling through my friend's page. how did you cook them?

Rather than sauté them on a top burner, I just popped them whole into a covered pot into the oven, seasoned with a knob of butter, a bit of olive oil, and some lavender salt. That way they can cook slowly. Served on to new potatoes, with a glass of decent Mencia from Bierzo on the side.
