Well considering I've read a ridiculous amount of fanfiction I guess it shouldn't surprise me I've read some of yours :)
I loved this. The emotions are so strong. Fics where Arthur falls apart always get to me since he's usually so strong. <3

aww thanks for reading this! Yeah, I'm still pretty new at the whole writing thing, but its fun, and I like writing these kind of short little things. I've never written a longer fic, but I'm kind of in the process of writing one...we'll see if I ever finish it.

Longer fics are certainly a challenge. I started writing one for True Blood and I STILL haven't finished it. When your muse goes away it makes it a chore and I hated that feeling. So I mostly do long one-shots now.

Yeah, I've written about 4,000 words on my other one but I haven't added anything to it in a while, I just haven't really been in a writing mood.

I'm considering signing up for the reverse bb but I'm kind of nervous since I've never done anything like that before.

You def should! Getting involved over at KMM was the best thing ever. Prompts can really help you expand your creativity. And I think the word limit over at Reverse bb is only 500 so it's nothing to crazy.
And I'd be happy to be your cheerleader!

I want to, I'm just afraid to commit to something because I don't want to have to back out or something. Also, I've never written to a prompt before, what if I can't think of anything?? Ahhhh I'm scared.

Well you get to claim your prompt so it's not as scary as just having something assigned to you. I plan on being online asap on Nov 5th cus I'm the same way. I have to be inspired to be able to write anything. But you'd be surprised how prompts can jump out at you and give you ideas you never would have thought of. I just wrote a dark fic for the first time ever and I never thought I'd do that. But the prompt just happened to inspire me and out came 5,000 words like nothing lol
You might wanna jump on over to KinkMe_Merlin and try out a prompt or two. You can do everything anon and it would you give a taste of filling prompts

That's a good idea. Maybe I'll try out some KMM things first. Although I've been on that community before and it confuses me! I can't figure out where to look for things. I feel so dumb.

I liked how much Merlin was able to comfort Arthur with such news. Plus being estranged from his dad and not seeing him for so long. Very sad.
