We came back from China on Sunday. On Monday, I received an EMAIL from Michael Blanchard Photography, our photographer for the wedding. He lost all of our photos. His hard drive crashed, and he had no back-ups. So, I asked him about the film photos. (We signed a contract and paid extra to have both film AND digital photos) He responded

I'm appalled, and extremely sorry about the loss of your photos. You are entirely correct to say that anyone with any semblance of professionalism would have (A) backed up his files and (B) dealt with you honestly regarding the film-vs.-digital issue

That's horrible!!! I'm so sorry, Krissy. I would want to strangle the photographer, too. How unprofessional of him. I hope you're able to get some sort of compensation.
