Continuing to fail at LJ/the internet right now. Gah. I have some kind of virus-y thing which has been doing the rounds (the girls who came over to watch TVD with me both had it). Mostly, it's just manifesting as a bad cold in my case but it's still fairly grim.

He'd stayed there for hours, waiting and hoping, and the fear had only got worse as time went on. Once or twice, he'd heard gunshots. He'd thought he was dead for sure when the door to the cottage had opened, near nightfall; he'd been sure it would all be over, that he'd never be able to fire his stun gun in time. All that had changed though, when he'd seen that the intruder was Donghae, and Donghae had smiled, lowered his baseball bat, come right up to Eunhyuk and hugged him, ignoring the way Eunhyuk was still clutching his weapon. "It'll be okay," Donghae said, and, against all reason, Eunhyuk believed him.

"You mean that king guy and the lord commander?" Sam asks, eyebrows raised.

"Yeah, yeah, baldy and the creepy tween with the big ass wolf."

Sam just frowns, opens up dad's journal and gets to work.

No worries! (: And, yeah, I'm alright other than the virus. It's making me pretty tired, so I'm not getting as much work done as I'd like but that's not so bad.
