seriously I fell asleep on the couch watching tv and my neck is all sorts of fuct up now. Seriously I can't move it all the way to left and I can't tilt my head down without wanting to scream. I'm living on pain killers!!! Seriously someone please!!! come give my a massage before I freak out from the pain
