we are apparently going to new york in the beginning of march for some reason which gives me exactly a month to perfect melody and then pray that i can actually have an accompanist when we are back in the home stretch, as guillaume calls it, because while i love it there and also there is nycb, i do want to be able to practice my own material

Well, there's an invitation I haven't heard since freshman year.

Unlike then, however, I think I'll say "sure, why not?"

oh, they'll be thrilled, most likely; the alternative is having me out of practice and it's not in the middle of anything intense otherwise my family would have no leg to stand on when it comes to dragging me along.
