Comcast lack of customer service.

Comcast has misbilled me again.  After being on customer service for over 6 hours the week prior to the Olympics to get cable to be able to watch coverage on my computer, they have 'forgotten' that I called mid-march to remove said service.  They have however picked up the cable box that was never opened.  So now I am being billed $40 more a month ( Read more... )

Comcast has also repeatedly ignored the "No soliciting" policy at our condominium complex.

In the past, when I have had problems, they have said it can take up to 3 billing cycles to fix the error!
Unfortunately, we are stuck with them as a provider.
