Snow day?

I am sitting at my computer, updating the WBZ4 school closing page every 5 minutes, waiting for it to say Andover is closed. Hasn't happened yet.

Should the teacher want a snow day more than the kids?

You bet they should. My roommate is sitting here doing the same thing. ::crosses fingers that I dont have school either:: Dont want to take art history exam

Hehe, of course a teacher can definately want a snow day more than her students.. see the students don't have to clean off their cars, drive through the slop, shovel much, deal with roudy over excited kidlets, etc, etc, etc..

*grins* good luck. If I remember correctly (and things haven't changed since we were in school, they can leave the decisions til 5am or so the morning of.

Well, I discovered it was a snow day after I got to the school (we had a 2 hour delay that turned into a snow day), so I finished dealing with nasty cell phone companies, finished my christmas shopping (at an uncrowded mall, no less), watched the special features the chicago dvd, and in the not so distant future, I plan to wallow in the world of hot chocolate and romance novels, to be shortly followed by a nap.

I feel marvelously productive for it only being 1 in the afternoon.

Enjoy the wonderfully white snow.
