Way in which I'm okay: alive, unflooded, and with power.

Not okay because Reilly cat, about whom I've loved writing here, is not here any longer. A couple of weeks ago he threw up twice, and we had a bad feeling. It turned out to be cancer. They operated, and got the tumor out, but it was too late - he never fully recovered.

I'm so sorry, both about Reilly and that you had to deal with this at such a crazy time. Glad the rest of life is okay. I hope your city and your heart recover well.
