Physical traits: Stocky. Only ever wears a black t-shirt and grubby jeans. His eyes tend to be unfocused and don’t track properly.
What's okay to mention: Anything. He can be pretty meta and doesn’t believe this is real anyway.
Notes for the psychics: Fucking batshit insane. His mind is a confusing jumble of gibberish and very disturbing truths. Everything clashes and wheels about in a maelstrom of thoughts and images. You don’t want to be in there. Hell, Madman doesn’t want to be in there. On the other hand before he went crazy he was a genius in major ways so there are remnants of that left.

Shape-shifting/bodyswap/etc.: Sure, just contact me first so we can sort out OOC stuff! Beware that the crazy maaaaybe partly comes with the body because canon strongly implies that he’s still Seeing the stuff that drove him batshit in the first place.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent contact: I’m going to go with no. He’s not very good with the contact thing. It freaks him out in canon. A freaked out Madman isn’t a fun thing.
Fighting: Probably not a good idea. For one thing he godmodes like whoa. No attacks can touch him, unless you happen to be John’s Mother. Two, his response to being attacked can range from not realizing it’s happening to fucking your shit up in very nasty ways. And I mean very nasty ways.
Killing/maiming: Godmode. Most attacks just can’t touch him. We’ll have to figure out power levels first.
Cooking: Definitely too crazy too be allowed anywhere near a kitchen.
