For me because I have a mess up tummy and intestine I could only eat one meal a day. But here are some tips: Go Vegetarian... or don't eat red meat and pork. Drink Green tea every time you go to bed. Avoid fast food, food court and chain restaurants. Don't eat after six pm Get those Special K things... the cereal are the best. I wash my face every night. Now I am using St.Ives Green tea scrubs. Love it. I wash my hair twice a week. I take one hour to dance. I used to take dance classes and belly dancing. It all about the beat of the music. Walking is good. that is it from me..... i think...
Before I go to bed I take a shower so I don't have to the next morning. It saves a ton of time! Then in the morning I quick wet down my hair and style it. I also set my alarm to a half hour before I actually have to start getting ready. I hit the snooze for 15 minutes, then turn my light on and go on Facebook for the last 15 minutes. I only go on Facebook because reading really wakes my mind up. So once I actually start getting ready I'm completely awake and can go that much faster
