Actually, the downtown fireworks display is pretty amazing (especially considering its pensacola) it lasted a really really long time and it was rather spectacular. I liked it so much I'll be going again this year. People basically set up their little areas all the way from Seville Square where the Barkley House is, all the way down to the veterans memorial and all in that soccer field, and people get there really early and have picnics and such and then watch the fireworks.
however, last year we were stuck in traffic trying to leave for over an hour, so this year we figure we'll park at like, McGuires or something, have dinner there, and then just walk back to our cars afterwards.
Then if my memory hasn't failed me I think we all went down to the Bluffs for "Trip and Matt's Fireworks Extravaganza"
the good ol st luke college group do our own fire works at davids(hes a guy that comes to the group... i didnt know if you know him) house. we swim in his pool his dad cooks on the grill and when it gets dark we play with the fireworks ok bye
