Lumps Everywhereeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Okay. So on my birthday I discoverd a lump on the side of my face near my ear and my jawline. I didn't think anything of it, other then the fact that it was sore. Now that lump has multiplied in size. You can't even notice anything from the outside, only when you feel it. And you can deffinantly tell from feeling it that its a large lump >.Then

I've gotten lumps along my jawline too before. o.O All the way to the back, right?

For me, they always went down after a little while and I never worried about it much. It just felt really weird to poke out and mush around.

Then again, I get small lumps in my earlobes too (more often, really, and they can HURT) but they die down too, so maybe you're just a lumpy freak like me. ;P

Your neck does sound like a swollen lymph gland. You can try looking that up to see what to do about it.
