I LOVE the uniqueness of the layout. Having the double sinks in the middle of the room like that is cool. Also, fireplace in the bathroom...height of decadence. Guh.

yeah, well, these are the rich brownstone bastards, so.... fireplace in bathroom of COURSE. those were existing flues (if you recall from the brownstone) so most of my classmates have fireplaces in their bathroom, actually.
