So I'm drivin to Iowa City to see a play. Innocent fun! In front of me is a dumptruck. I see something come flying off the side of it. I've heard those stories about tires blowing out on big trucks and really hurting people or causing accidents. This isn't a tire, but I don't know what it is, so I slow down
