Ignore the fact that Rose was in earlier. Really. This isn't just because the narration would feel bad letting a certain KGB agent worry.

Anyway, she's coming in expecting to see the inside of the TARDIS, after the whole debacle with Cassandra on New Earth. Instead, she sees the Inn.
She remembers vaguely something about the Inn during the whole Bad Wolf thing, but her memories of that chunk of time are very muddled. And rightly so.
But regardless, if anyone was worried about her safety, they can rest assured that she's alright. This time. Because there are more adventures to come. There's a new Doctor, after all.
