SO.... I was bidding on a burberry scarf that was cheap at the time I began bidding nearly 5 minutes til the aucution closed. My max bid was $50 which is a good $150 under retail. The price was currently sitting at $30 when a dude started bidding against me. First it was $31, then $32, then $37, and so on until he FINALLY reached $51. At this point ( Read more... )

You know it was probably one of those robot bidders that the person selling the item puts up. It just outdoes your bid every time you bid til the get a price they like. I could be wrong though.
