Well John's dad has bone cancer in 4 places. Treatment sounds promicing, however they said that by the time he is done with the radiation he can expect to be pretty much parylized in his left side. We just got word that John's dad has cancer in his joints. We don't know a lot. We know he has to have a biopsy tomorrow of a growth on his shoulder that has grown rapidly over the past few weeks. They are going to start radiation at some point here. I don't know much but please pray. thanks

Well we just had another doctors appointment. I am 14 weeks along now. We heard the heartrate once again--160 today which is good. Normal baby heartrates are between 120 and 160, and it generally goes down as the heart chambers develop. well things are progressing well with my pregnancy, as far as i can tell. My mom is finally back to normal and my brother is on the mend. He will be on antibiotics for another month for sure but he is doing better. My mom's problem ended up being a pharmacy error. well we heard the baby's heartbeat yesterday! It was soooo exciting. It must have a really strong heartbeat because the doctor said we wouldn't hear it unless i was at least 11 weeks...which i thougth i was...but according to the ultrasound this morning, i'm only 9 weeks and 5 days...so its got a really strong heart! hey all...my bro came home from the hospital on wednesday and had the tooth pulled thursday, so he is doing much better. My mom, on the other hand is not...She has been very lethargic all week...wanting to sleep all the time--can't wake herself up, dizzy when she is up etc...I took her to the ER at 4:00 yesterday and all the preliminary tests came ( Read more... )

He was admitted to the hospital last night with a serious infection and was taken into emergency surgery at 8 pm last night to try to drain some of the infection. UGH...i feel fat...i'm at that point where i don't look pregnant yet but it looks like i'm putting on some pounds...I'm still getting sick and thats not much fun either...the doctor put me on Unisom and Vitamin B-6 to hopefully help with the morning sickness.
