I caught up with Fringe finally!
Three excellent scenes this week:
= Marionette dance of OH GOD WHY WON’T THIS END? Shuddering forever.
= Olivia in her apartment: the blank expression on her face when she started ripping clothes off their hangers, the laundry, and seeing Peter's T-shirt in the washer and then just collapsing and crying.
= Olivia and Peter in the garden at the end. “I don’t want to live in my apartment, or sleep in my bed, or wear my clothes, and I don’t want to be with you. She’s taken everything.” Nothing to say to that. Just - Olivia!
Who wrote this episode? That was superb from start to finish, and hit all the right emotional notes without feeling forced. Please don't be cancelled, Fringe. I love you.
