If I had a league of government assassins at my command, I'd make them look like everybody else. Of course they'd know secret handshakes and passwords and such, and they'd receive rigorous training. But I'd want them to be as inconspicuous as possible, so you'll never know that the waitress at the cafe down the road is sneaking poison into your cup. :D

If it wasn't a secret society, and citizens actually knew you had assassins around, then I don't know. But it's interesting to think about for sure!
