Let's do the relationship meme first. Then we'll see what we can do about Hiro and Tatsuha.

Dee:
Kyouya: Knows the cop mostly as the twin's bodyguard. Hasn't had a great deal of conversation with him, but figures that he would be responsible enough as to not let the twins into too much trouble, and maybe teach them a few things. One of these days he might actually want to pick his mind on thoughts regarding to camp. He does find it amusing that his events have been entertaining the general public.

Himejima: Finds Dee to be extremely reliable sort of guy, despite him trying to act like a mature adult and NOT rely on Dee. He figures that should there BE a problem, then he can ask him for help. Also.. is pretty kind and compassionate when it comes to kids (he owes you one for the pedobear).

Tolle:

Dullindal finds him.. how does one say it: plain. Looks at his uniform and spots either Earth Alliance (or Orb) and notices that he already has preconceived notions about him and his actions in the future. You know, the whole Kira bit. So why bother trying to persuade him when in the end, he can just be eliminated? He doesn't have a lot of regard for him.

Hiroshi:
Himejima knows him mostly from like, one or two conversations and it was about Tatsuha. Decent enough guy, and could maybe click based on the performance aspect of things.
