as to where *MY* area rugs are. I took them in about 2 wks ago and was going to pick them up on Friday, before my daughter's birthday party. Well, I didn't have time and thought I would pick them up today

Oh my goodness!! Were they worth alot of money?? And will the company's insurance help you??

Well, there is no way that I could afford to buy them again ... not at this time in my life. I called and made a claim yesterday .... I think it's going to take them awhile because their office (including computers) burned down as well.
