Check for doubles of music files. I know that my Mac has a horrible habit of taking things that I downloaded and making a fucking COPY of them for the iTunes folder. Sometimes, my Maciepoo makes me want to scream.

I highly advise you check out grand perspective - it's a 'visualise your harddrive!' utility that'll show you what files are taking up the most space. telling you what you can delete - that's a different question, but at least then you can see what's taking up the most space. plus, it's pretty!

check in your itunes folder, especially the ones called "Fall Out Boy" and "Panic at the Disco." those are probably taking up space.
