I have gained...over 25 pounds since October. So 25 pounds in six months, that's unreal.
I wish desperately that I could go through the winter without completely sabotaging the previous year's weight loss. It happens every. fucking. year.
Well, here I am, once again about to lose a bunch of weight (yes yes yes its gonna happen finally) and hopefully this time I will have the will to make it stick. I'm thinking I can hit under 140 by Sunday, as a lot of this weight is bloat from binging. I'm done doing nothing but think about this, I'm going to make it happen.

125 by my birthday...so that is ONE MONTH from tomorrow. (And I will still be two pounds higher than my lowest! jfc I can't believe I let this happen!)
DEAR SELF: you have ONE MONTH to lose 24.4 lbs. That's a shit load, so getting going.
