I read this book quite a few years ago actually, and it was definitely beautifully written. Not sure if you've read it or not, but Leave Myself Behind, by Bart Yates is amazing.

I reread it every year. I've regifted every book I've ever read but two really, That one and a book that has been with me for about 19 years now, lol.

I've been searching for this book for a while after watching the movie. The movie was fine but now i'm really looking forward to reading it.

I picked it up because of your recommendation, and I'm so glad I did, even if it did break me into little pieces.
